This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect the information of MyHomie ("the App") users. By using the App you accept the practices described here.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data necessary for the App to work:

We do not collect location data or biometric data. Pro subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never have access to your card or payment details.

Data is stored primarily on Google (Firebase) servers located in the European Union, or transferred under safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Some providers (Sentry, Resend) process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent privacy frameworks).

If you reside in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

Exercise your rights by emailing myhomie.support@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days at most. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Firebase, and access restricted through Firestore security rules. However, no system is infallible.

9. Minors

MyHomie is not directed at minors under 16. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-App notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the current version.
