These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MyHomie application ("the App"). By registering for or using the App you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service description

MyHomie is a home management application that lets users organize tasks, events, shopping lists, shared expenses, contacts and household documents in a space shared with other members of the same home.

You can register with your email address or with your Google account. Each person must have a single account. You may not assign or transfer your account to third parties.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at myhomie.support@gmail.com.

5. Homes and members

The App lets you create or join a shared home. The creator of the home acts as administrator and can invite other users using an invitation code. By accepting an invitation, you agree to share with the other members of the home the data you enter into the App.

The administrator can remove members from the home at any time.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the App (documents, photos, notes). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing you the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share with the members of your home.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep the App available continuously, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We will not be liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

9. Free plan and paid features

MyHomie offers basic features for free. Some advanced features may require a paid subscription ("MyHomie Pro"). Specific terms, prices and any free trial period, if applicable, will be shown in the App before any charge.

Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's Terms and Conditions apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

10. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logos, code and proprietary content are the exclusive property of Pablo Álvarez and are protected by intellectual property law. We do not grant you any rights over them beyond personal, non-commercial use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner will not be liable for:

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of relevant changes via an in-App notification or email. Continued use of the App after the new Terms take effect implies acceptance of them.

13. Account suspension and cancellation

You can delete your account at any time from the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms, without prior notice in case of serious infringement.

After cancellation, your data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the App, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile, in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer protection regulations.
